VA Ingenjörerna was acquired in 2021 by Envidan AB from Veolia Water Technologies. Since then, we have been working together side by side to meet our customers’ needs and deliver innovative solutions within the water cycle.
We are now taking the next step on our journey towards becoming the leading supplier in the Nordic’s of sustainable services, products and turnkey within the water cycle by merging the companies into a joint company – Envidan AB.
I see it as a natural step in Envidan’s development in Sweden, and the merger will strengthen our position as a knowledge center and leading supplier of consulting, software and turnkey projects within the water cycle.
The merger gives us a unique opportunity to strengthen our expertise throughout the chain, from early studies to turnkey projcects and the following service and maintenance – for the benefit of customers, suppliers, partners and employees.
The planning of the business transition will start during the summer and will be fully implemented in the fall of 2023.
Envidan has operations in Sweden, Norway and Denmark. Spread across 20 offices, we have over 450 employees contributing to solving some of the water sector’s biggest challenges: sustainable water management, climate adaptation and ensuring clean drinking water.
